I'm jumping on.......

So it seems EVERYONE I know and EVERYWHERE I go, people are reading or talking about these books! If you know me, you know I HATE to read. I can read but I just don't find it as entertaining as most people do. I've noticed that if I am where my kids are they don't need me but as soon as I step away for some computer time or to talk on the phone, they NEED me! So I thought maybe I should start reading while I sit with them to watch TV and stuff. So I'll still be their but doing something for me instead of watching kids shows over and over! So I went to Amazon.com and bought all three books! It was cool! I got them all for one dollar! If you applied and got approved for a Amazon Visa you got a $30.00 credit. So the books were practically free! NICE! Anyway, I have started reading the first one and it is quite entertaining and interesting. It's keeping my attention so that is a plus! I'll keep you posted on how I'm doing. So far so good! You guys should read them too if you aren't already! Thanks everyone for your recommendation!

I am so excited for you!!! I absolutely loved these books. It took me 9 days to read all 3. Plus work 50 plus hours a week, be a mom, wife, etc. I wondered what I slacked on???? I was addicted. My kids even brought it up in SEPs. They asked them if their parents read in front of them, and my kids say they can't get me to put down the books. Can't wait until the fourth one comes out!!!

Trust me, your housework and children will be denied but it'll all be worth it in the end!

oh no not you too! I am still holding strong. I refuse to read these as well as Harry Potter. Blasphemy, I know.

All right, refusing to read HP is serious blasphemy. Kidding. It's a personal choice, but a bad one. :-)

Can't wait for your review of these books - everyone keeps telling me to read them but I'm waiting til I finish my current 2000 page conquest.

How are you coming on this? I have had the 3 books for a few months now. I have began Twilight and remain on about pg 200. Seriously, what is my problem? I think the hype hyped it up for me and I just need to sit down and read the dang book so I can be in the club with all the talk and obsession over Edward!
