This is our front room as you walk in the front door. My mother in law came up a few months ago and we painted. I bought new furniture and a few decorations. I love this room. It's the offical visiting teaching room!!! No kids allowed!!! However my kitty finds his way in here for some peace and quite.
I love the colors we picked. I actully let my husband and mother in law pick. They know me very well!! I love tha dark accent wall but I would have gone a little darker on the light walls. It's not white so that's good! We also painted the bedrooms and kitchen. I still have some painting to do though. I hope my mother in law comes back SOON!!!
I've had this shelf forever. We painted it black a few years ago and cintinue to hang it wherever we move. I'ev spent lots of money at Tai Pan Trading Company!!! I LOVE that place!!! I love to decorate. I just need more money!!!

Your house is beautiful, but way too clean! I don't know how I feel about that. ;) Your kids are super cute. Can't wait to photograph them. Glad you are blogging. Love to see what you are up to.
Thanks guys! I try. Oh and Jami don't be to worried about my clean home. You notice I only took pictures of the clean areas and it was only that one room!!! LOL
