Here is Carter John Herring!!! He just turned 4 on June 22nd. He was born on my Mom's birthday. SO that's pretty cool don't ya think? He is quite the kid! He must play with other kids 24/7. He is very social and the whole neighborhood knows him. All I have to do is stand on the front porch and yell,"CAAAAAARRRRRTERRRRRRR!!!" and someone will know where he is. Maybe I'm a bad Mom for not knowing where he is every second of the day. He nevers goes off our street. He knows he can't go past Grandma and Grandpa's house so that has seemed to work. Somedays he'll wake up earlier than me and get himself dressed and be out the dorr and on his bike. Yesterday I woke up to him being gone and had to get in the van to go look for him. I found him at Grandma and Grandpas house. He was helping Grandpa wash the Explore. He keeps me on my toes!!! I'm so blessed to have Carter as my first child. He's my little buddy!!!
Here's Mason Jack Herring. He'll be 2 on Aug 11th. He is one heck of a kid! He knows what he wants and he will figure out a way to get it. Even if it just the highest pitched screem you have ever heard!!! I have been working on not giving in to that though. He's getting better. He is talking none stop and copies everything his big brother Carter does. Sometimes it's cute but sometimes I'm like oh crap! He loves to have his picture taken and everytime he sees the camers he puts his arms in the air and says, cheeeeeese!. He's my little mamas boy! When I was pregnant with him I wished and prayed I'd get a snuggle baby and one who would be attached to me and not Daddy. I'm affraid I got my wish! It's fun though and it works out ok for me but when someone elses wants some Mason time it's not quite what they were hoping for. I love Mason so much and am so blessed to be him mom!!!
