Every year at this time the Box Elder County Fair happens just a few blocks from our house. So we walked over today for some fun rides and yummy fair food. Since Grandpa and Grandma Cotton are here we didn't want to let them miss out on the fun of the fair! No way!
Carter was totally in love with the rides of course! He LOVES Lagoon to so I knew he'd have fun on the fair rides. I find it funny though, I swore up and down "before I had kids" that I would NEVER take them to carnivals and they would NEVER ride those dirty rides! Well times have changed I guess. Not only did my kids ride the rides, well so did I!!! It was so but since I'm old now I seriously can't handle them like I used too. I cane home with a migraine and took a nap!!! Man I'm old!!!
Mason and carter loved the train ride. Mason did get a little upset when he couldn't reach the steering wheel with his seat belt on. The best part was Carter covering Mason's mouth and patting him on the head telling him, it's OK.
Carter couldn't leave without driving the big trucks! He had so much fun! Man did you know carnival rides are a waste of money!!! Fun for the kids but gosh we could have almost gone to Lagoon!!! Carter is going to Lagoon again this year next month!
As Mason looks on Grandma Cotton tries to get some Mason time. He's warming up and I'm so happy!!! He's such a mama's boy it isn't even funny!!! Ask anyone!!! LOL
